How do I shop by product?
Click on the online store and see original templates to choose your customized design. Any way you shop you will be given a chance to include any personal information or customization in your notes to LucyBelle's in the store. If for any reason you miss the Special Instructions section of the Payment Screen don't worry. We will contact you for the information needed and will confirm your order before printing. Comments may include a name, the text for an invitation/announcement etc. or any changes you would like made to any image.
Can you give me an example?
You are looking for birthday invitations so you click on the strawberry Invitations link on the navigation bar. On the Invitations page you click on the Birthday Invitations link. You might find a birthday invitation with a bee on it. You may purchase this invitation and give us your specific information in the "special instructions" area of the order.
Maybe you want to see if there are more design options available. You may contact us and we will send you either an attachment of or a link to several varied templates.
How do I personalize my card or gift?
This is called a "Delux Design."
1. You see a pre-made template for the birthday invitations.
2. You are interested but you want to see it plain instead of with stripes. You email us directly or go to the online store and click "contact lucybelles."
3. We email you back with an attachment of or a link to the invite without the stripes.
4. You may either choose one of two new templates OR ask for more options. Perhaps you ask to see another image. You may now choose from the 3 templates shown here OR ask for another option.
5. Maybe you want to see this bee image but with stripes. You may now either choose from template A B C or D or ask for more templates. After deciding on the invitation image/design, you may individualize your font, if you so desire. You will also want to include your text information in the appropriate field of the checkout section/ order form OR email us directly or go to the online store and click "contact lucybelles."
